Job Description

The Advisory Operations Associate will serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for Brokerage branch personnel in regards to Advisory account opening, maintenance, and billing.

Required and Preferred qualifications to be listed on the requisition • Efficient written and oral communication skills • - Strong interpersonal and service skills • - Problem solving, personal accountability, ownership, and professionalism • - Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge • - Teamwork as well as ability to work well individually • Four-year degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Communications or similar preferred • - General knowledge of financial markets • - Working knowledge of Brokerage systems and policies and Billing on advisory accounts a plus
