JOB DESCRIPTION: Join the Leo Mickeletto American Family Insurance Agency team in Overland Park, Kansas!

Sales and service representative candidates must have superb customer service skills. They must have the ability to develop knowledge of the local market, prospect for new business and use consultative selling techniques.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: · High school diploma or equivalent · One year of experience in a sales environment, preferably including marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, preparing quotes and delivering presentations · OR Two years of customer service experience · Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred before starting and is required after beginning employment. Previous insurance experience is also preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
