    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

    The Retail Operations Coordinator is responsible for daily management of the Omni-channel order management system (Manhattan Active Omni). Support the Retail Operations team and field organization by ensuring a seamless fulfillment process and customer resolution of all Omni-channel orders. The Retail Operations coordinator reports to the Director of Retail Operations and is an exempt position.

    The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Retail Operations to...

    • Provide order issue resolution by partnering with store teams, ecommerce customer service, and internal departments
    • Coordinate Omni-channel (Manhattan Active Omni) order tracking and order management through daily reporting
    • Facilitate sales based on inventory availability within various Omni ordering channels
    • Monitor ordering system (Manhattan active Omni) and report any technical and inventory issues
    • Support inventory accuracy processes in retail stores
    • Serve as a resource to stores teams to correct issues regarding Omni-channel transactions
    • Communicate with store teams to ensure highest level of customer service through timely ordering, pack-out standards, and feedback on customer experience
    • Prepare weekly reporting on key metrics

    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Attention to detail and action oriented
    • Collaborate in a team environment to accomplish expected results
    • Strong email communication and listening skills with the ability to develop peer relationships
    • Strong ability to prioritize workload and multi-task with minimal supervision
    • Technical and analytical mindset
    • Creative problem solving skills
    • Microsoft office suite and excel experience
    • Availability to work occasional weekends
    • Ability to excel in a fast pace environment

    AN OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL WILL HAVE...

    • Minimum 1-2 years experience in pool supply goods or a comparable retail environment with a focus on Omni channel capabilities, retail operations, ecommerce, and customer experience
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Manhattan Active Omni order brokering experience- preferred, not essential
