ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY  

The Seasonal Customer Service Representative for the Commercial Service Center will assist in all facets of the facility. Duties will include but will not be limited to making out bound sales calls, generate sales leads, preparing quotes, processing orders, inventory control, stocking, unloading and loading trucks, operating forklift, assisting the customers with their merchandise, assisting in customer deliveries, maintaining the building, as well as compliance with all Company policies and procedures. Achieve sales and profitability objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process orders
• Control inventory
• Generate sales leads
• Make outbound sales calls
• Load and unload trucks
• Prepare quotes
• Operate a forklift
• Assist in customer deliveries
• Maintain the building
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures
• Achieve sales and profitability objectives

Qualifications - External

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Swimming pool industry experience is a plus
• Retail/operations experience is a plus
• Proficiency with computers
