    • Hourly Pay Rate: $17.40 - $24.90
    • Monday - Friday 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM

    Job Summary

    This position is responsible for the coordination of work through the Lettershop department, serves as
    support to the Team Leader, and runs equipment, as needed.

    Key Duties / Responsibilities

    • Ensures goals for production, quality, service and safety are met. 15%
    • Assists Team Leader in daily activities and responsibilities. 15%
    • Knowledgeable of company policies and guidelines. 10%
    • Knowledgeable of all production and quality requirements in department. 15%
    • Capable of managing, directing and leading during absence of Team Leader. 10%
    • Adheres to safety guidelines and procedures. 10%
    • Responsible for training within department. 10%
    • Ability to run equipment, as necessary. 15%
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education

    • High School Diploma or GED (Required)

    Experience

    • 0 - 2 years Printing experience (Preferred)
    • 0 - 2 years Inserting experience (Preferred)
    • 0 - 2 years Lithography at the college level is a plus (Preferred)
    • 0 - 2 years Forklift certified and Pallet Jack experience (Preferred)

    Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

    • Demonstrate leadership abilities; be knowledgeable of entire Lettershop Department; a strong
    • performance record
    • Must be able to read and comprehend instructions
    • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
    • Must possess good mechanical aptitude
    • Must possess basic mathematical skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Communication

    • Communication with Team Members, Team Leaders, and all Plant personnel.

    Decision Making

    • Continuously monitor workflow to prioritize work as needed; possess the capacity to promptly make decisions that impact both internal and external customers.
