We are looking for a Quality Assurance engineer to help define and execute test plans, launch new products and lead end to end regression testing. You will work closely with the Engineering team to usher features and bugs through the product development workflow. You will become an expert in our front end website, our back end fulfillment platform and our mobile applications while ensuring a great experience for all of our customers!
Responsibilities:
- Design test strategy for existing and new features
- Participate and assist in releases across all of our product platforms
- Escalate and prioritize issues found during testing
- Act as an advocate for quality across engineering and product
- Work closely with engineering to automate our existing workflows and test cases
- Interface with Customer Service to investigate and highlight customer issues
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on software testing experience
- Experience with agile test processes and engineering methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for finding bugs and improving the experience for our customers
- Great communication skills and the ability to explain issues to various stakeholders
- Experience with bug tracking systems, ideally Jira
- Understanding of QA process and the ability to suggest improvements and changes
Preferred:
- Knowledge of automation frameworks (Cypress preferred)
- Experience working with mobile applications
- Experience with e-commerce direct to consumer products
