We believe that the future of food lies in empowering thriving, localized food economies that benefit the health of the people, the planet, and the communities around us. We are looking for a hands-on Director of Finance who will lead the finance and accounting function and support the growth of the company.

    We are looking for a versatile, hands-on Digital Analyst who wants to join a dynamic, fast-growing, direct-to-consumer company at the intersection of food and sustainability. You will act as the digital analytics subject matter expert, helping internal teams understand how Lettuce Grow's users interact with our products through detailed analysis, dashboard creation, and testing. You will work closely with product teams to develop and test strategies for activating users and creating habitual product usage. This position requires experience with online, consumer-facing products and a passion for building innovative, easy-to-use digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative problem solving skills, an eagerness to collaborate with different teams, and curiosity to learn more about how we can improve our food system.

    Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Develop key web performance metrics that align with company user retention and acquisition goals.
    • Manage the compilation and dissemination of regular (e.g. weekly, monthly, etc.) reports on performance of the digital channel.
    • Collaborate with business and technology partners to determine data needs, establish data collection requirements, and deploy and maintain accurate digital tracking
    • Deploy funnel analysis to understand user drop-off and conversion.
    • Identify areas of opportunity for data improvement and follow-through to see them implemented
    • Administer A/B tests to evaluate feature impact and inform product strategy
    • Prepare analytical plans, including milestones, hypotheses, customer segments and data sources necessary to complete complex deep dive analysis
    • Support a variety of partners across the organization with ad-hoc reporting and in-depth analysis
    • Utilize business and analytical expertise to independently perform proactive analysis and communicate opportunities, optimization tactics, or issues with product managers.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years web analytics experience.
    • Advanced knowledge of Google products, including Google Analytics, Google Optimize and Google Tag Manager. 
    • Advanced knowledge of product analytics tools, such as HotJar or FullStory. Additional experience with product optimization or growth best practices is a plus, but most important is an eagerness to learn about the realm of user-centric product analytics.
    • Experience with A/B testing, segmentation/personalization and website optimization.
    • Experience defining website and mobile app analytics tracking requirements.
    • Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively guide decision making
    • Demonstrated experience partnering with technical resources to implement web/mobile app analytics tracking.
    • Ability to design tagging strategies and effectively QA analytics tracking
    • Strong understanding of segmentation and targeting.
    • Very comfortable using SQL to explore large datasets.
    • Experience with Tableau.
    • Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on clearly articulating recommendations to a range of stakeholders.
