Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations of a high-volume store location, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Supervise and support team members, providing guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to foster professional development
- Help train new and existing staff members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular inventory counts
- Support cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Help develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
- Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, working toward satisfactory resolutions
- Assist with scheduling and workforce management to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours
- Demonstrate strong self-motivation and take initiative in identifying and solving operational challenges
- Support the Store Manager in executing company initiatives and maintaining brand standards
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and accountability
Compensation & Benefits:
