Join TREEHOUSE THERAPY CENTER LLC as a Level 1 Behavior Technician (BT) serving the Greater Twin Cities metro area. You'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with behavioral challenges. Responsibilities:
As a Level 1 Behavior Technician, you'll be the heart of our therapeutic services:
Direct Client Care:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes and community settings
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Use play-based, child-led approaches to teach communication, social skills, and activities of daily living
Collect behavioral data using our user-friendly iPad systems
Family & Team Collaboration:
Build meaningful relationships with caregivers and families
Collaborate regularly with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and supervision appointments
Optional: Mentor and support Level 2 Behavior Technicians as you grow in your role
Professional Growth:
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Work toward RBT certification with our comprehensive support system
Must-Haves:
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to pass comprehensive background check
Physical capability to lift 30-50 lbs and respond quickly to ensure client safety
Genuine passion for working with children and families
We'd Love If You Have:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field
Experience working with children, autism, caregiving, or as a PCA
RBT certification (or willingness to pursue with our support)
Experience in inclusive, culturally responsive practices

Service Area: Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding suburbs—you'll travel to clients in their natural environments

Caseload: Small caseloads for quality, individualized care
