    Job Description

    THE ROLE

    We are on the search for a Project Manager to join our publishing and quality assurance team reporting to the VP, Editorial. In this role you will be pivotal in overseeing the publishing of content from our editorial and creative studio teams and ensuring that it is uploaded to our platform.

    ** This is a freelance role with the possibility to convert to full time **

    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including research, editorial, creative studio and content integration and publishing teams (CMS), and internal and external production partners to assist in project execution.
    • Manage creative and production schedules, develop timelines, and coordinate across teams to align and adjust expectations as priorities shift.
    • Lead team status meetings and send follow up notes with action items to ensure accountability and meet deadlines.
    • Oversee content review process, ensuring quality standards are met and key stakeholders are aligned.
    • Coordinate across integration and publishing teams to upload content to the CMS platform.
    • Oversee the gathering of requirements, design and production of infographics, data-visualizations, and other digital design elements for the CMS platform.
    • Collaborate with producers on delivery of media including video, audio, and photograph.
    • Partner with Project Manager of the Creative Studio to utilize our proprietary internal media trafficking platform.
    • Communicate with key stakeholders when clarification or further information or time is needed.
    • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 3-5+ years project management, or production experience as it applies to digital, content and design deliverables.
    • Expertise in Content Management Systems (Preferably Sanity), how they are architected and how to optimize workflows.
    • Excellent communicator and problem solver.
    • A curious mindset for process optimization, automation, and workflow enhancement.
    • A collaborative and flexible work style, and desire to manage knowledge through sharing and working across agency teams to establish lessons learned.
    • A general working knowledge of project management tools (preferably Monday.com) and understanding of how to leverage them
    • A knowledge or willingness to learn of the various roles within creative teams, production, and content migration.
    • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to address issues, work under pressure and follow-through quickly.
    • The position requires flexibility, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a diverse project load
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • BA in Computer Science, Studio Arts or Graphic Design desired or relevant experience.
    • US work authorization (All applicants must possess proper US work eligibility and authorization documents)
