  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Develop creative and innovative design solutions for internal tools, web, and mobile app experiences that support various types of customers
    • Work with cross-functional partners in Product Management, Engineering, and stakeholders to understand customer problems, key opportunities in your domain, and define both the long term UX vision and also short term releases that unlock customer value
    • Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts, ensuring flows are intuitive and efficient
    • Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, maintaining a consistent style that aligns with Level All brand identity and standards
    • Execute all visual design stages from concept to prototype to final hand off to engineering
    • Strong understanding of common web patterns, foundations, and the ability to discern when to innovate versus adopt existing standards
    • Collaborate with users and stakeholders to conduct usability testing, gathering feedback to refine and enhance the user experience
    • Present work to partners, stakeholders and senior leaders regularly
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in UX / UI design
    • A portfolio showcasing a range of user experience and interface design competencies
    • Demonstration of creative problem solving to deliver an app experience that is intuitive, easy to use, and engaging
    • Adherence to the development and maintenance of a formal design system
    • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, best practices, and contemporary design sensibilities
    • Proven experience building excellent consumer products
    • Strong UX/UI craft — you can break down complex experiences and design with consideration for all touchpoints
    • Ability to explain the impact of your work, tradeoffs you’ve made, lessons learned, and design rationale.
    • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and iterative design process under minimal supervision
    • An expert in all respects in Figma. Proficiency in other design tools including Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch

    Additional Information

    The annual total compensation for this position is expected to be between $100,000 - $150,000. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the indicated range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Level All are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits, and successful candidates may also be eligible for stock-based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets. Level All does not provide work authorization and/or visa sponsorship.
