    Job Description

    As a UI / Front-end Developer you will be hands-on with the code, collaborating with the engineering team to ship features, address tech debt, and suggest improvements to the systems and processes that support the business. You will build and manage the tech platform roadmaps, developing cutting edge experiences. You are a true owner who is deeply interested in product design, architecture, and you innovate relentlessly on behalf of our customers.

    This is a full-time (W2) role. Hybrid (NYC) or remote from anywhere in the U.S. for the right candidate.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop enterprise-level applications and features using modern JS frameworks and tools
    • Collaborate with designers, frontend developers, stakeholders, and clients to understand business goals, analyze requirements, formulate solutions, and ensure the successful execution and delivery of the end product
    • Deliver on development requests while also setting accurate expectations, adhering to best practices, and creating modular and testable code
    • Consider the user journey to create an intuitive user experience
    • Learn new technologies, frameworks, and scripting languages to keep our technology up-to-date and performance
    • Participate in code review, pairing, and other forms of knowledge sharing
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    The successful candidate will have:

    • Minimum 5 years of professional team-based front-end web development experience, including planning, architecting, and troubleshooting for highly trafficked marketing and content websites
    • Experience designing user interfaces, especially when given design diagrams (e.g. Figma)
    • Must have prior experience with Tailwind CSS
    • Prior experience building web apps with Phoenix LiveView a plus
    • Prior experience with JavaScript and TypeScript a plus
    • Exposure to React, Vue js, Angular, Svette, Next.js a plus
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively work with engineering team members and stakeholders through the entire product development cycle, successfully launching web and/or software applications
    • Experience designing and consuming APIs
    • Strong in all aspects of web development including Security, CI/CD, etc.
    • High personal code/development standards (peer review, unit testing, documentation, etc.).
    • Experience working with a cross-functional team in an Agile environment
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment

    Additional Information

    • Level All does not provide work authorization and/or visa sponsorship
    • Compensation range: $90,000 – $100,000 / year. This represents the expected compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining an offer, we will consider location, skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors.
