Intela Staffing is looking to fill an Entry-Level HVAC Estimator role in the city of Montclair, CA for a manufacturer of ductwork and fittings for HVAC.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.

· Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine the scope of work.

· Communicate with vendors and suppliers to gather pricing information.

· Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to develop competitive proposals.

· Learn and use estimation software to create and maintain project bids.

· Maintain detailed and organized records of estimates and project costs.

· Attend site visits as needed to understand project requirements

· Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or technical school in HVAC is a plus!)

· Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components (on-the-job training will be provided).

· Strong math and analytical skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
