Conduct one-on-one training sessions, motivating clients to reach their fitness objectives.
Design customized workout plans based on client goals, fitness levels, and preferences.
Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle changes to support overall health and wellness.
Monitor client progress and adjust training programs accordingly.

Requirements:
Certification in Personal Training
NASM
ACE
ACSM
SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS:
Open schedule availability; including, but not limited to, opening or closing shifts and weekends.
Each work week may be comprised of the following: Front desk operations, PT sessions, Lead Generation, Business Management (administrative duties, meetings, call drives, maintaining fitness floor cleanliness), Fitness Assessments (upon assigned by Fitness Leader or self scheduled).
