    We’re looking for a highly driven office manager to lead our administrative staff. You’ll be in charge of overseeing office operations, streamlining systems, and ensuring our administrative support is accurately following office policies. Responsibilities: • Streamline office systems including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, scheduling team member meetings, and optimizing the organizational budget • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors • Oversee our day-to-day operations, manage administrative assistants, and perform secretarial duties • Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards • Carry out other human resources tasks and office administration duties when necessary • Supervise and coordinate office administrative activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning and organized workspace. • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary resources. • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate personnel. • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences. • Support HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll. • Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures. Qualifications: • General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • 2+ years of management experience strongly preferred • Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and other relevant tools. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Compensation: $45,000 DOE
