Summary of essential job functions
Answer incoming calls, direct calls to associates, and answer questions
Organize office and assist associates
Create, scan and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Monitor level of office supplies
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
Other customer service, administrative, and clerical duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Proficiency in RollMaster Software is a plus.
Ability to interface with business partners and across departments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions to real-time challenges.
Ability to multi-task.
