    Job Description

    We are looking for a dependable, friendly, professional, and service-oriented Jr. Project Manager with Audio Post Production knowledge to assist in our daily studio operations and client relations. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and will go the extra mile. She/He has the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight time constraints, whilst keeping a calm and professional demeanor. This position is highly valued at our company, since interacting with and servicing our clients is paramount.

    Duties include: assisting in the project needs of clients and the coordination of in studio resources, room scheduling, performing administrative tasks, work order creation, general research and problem solving.

    • Shift 8a – 5p (9a - 6p for initial training)

    • Actualize work orders and communicate with staff if work orders are not filled out correctly or turned in, etc.

    • Confirm and coordinate materials, sessions, and staff for the next day’s work. Follow up to make sure the client has delivered materials and all is ready to go.

    • Assist in day of operations and scheduling by creating work orders, requesting alternate assets, getting specs, confirming sessions, requesting Pos, scanning scripts, and assisting clients via email and when in studio.

    • Help to input series schedules and work out resources needed.

    • Update IMDB for all staff.

    • Data entry into scheduling and project tracking databases required. Assist with updating of client information and other necessary billing information to ensure accuracy.

    • Previous experience with scheduling and audio post-production a plus.

    • Ability to work with a team and also be able to work independently on specific tasks.
