Job Description

We are looking for a Superintendent/Operations Manager to assist the Senior Operations Manager in coordinating, organization, and production of all working job sites during construction. The Superintendent/Operations Manager will need to be a reliable and communicative individual and provide quality control. They will be the liaison between the customer, sub-contractors, and back-office.

The ideal candidate for the Superintendent/Operations Manager will need to communicate directly to the Senior Operation Manager on all job sites daily. The Superintendent/Operations Manager will ultimately be responsible for the smooth running of projects from start to finish. We require that the ideal candidate has reliable transportation because of the commute between job site visits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Frequent visits to multiple job site visits
• Supervises all construction activities.
• Assists the project managers to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
• Maintains construction schedule, identifies, and solves problems.
• Prepares, schedules, and supervises completion of a final punch list.
• Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices, and rectifies job site hazards immediately through enforcing the company's Site Safety Policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to pass background, & drug screenings.
• Deep knowledge of construction work.
• Minimum 4-5 years of construction experience in RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be very well organized.
• Good knowledge about construction activities.
• Ability to understand the construction documents and plans.
• Ability to do the work with little supervision.
