    GENERAL SUMMARY

    Performs somewhat complex engineering duties as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines. The candidate will perform tasks including, but not limited to, technical documentation, system architecture design, hardware/software integration, and integration of Machine Learning tools into existing Digital Signal Processing (DSP) frameworks.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

    · Applies knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering to solve basic problems

    · Designs a system, component, or process to meet desired needs within realistic constraints such as economic, environmental, social, political, ethical, health and safety, manufacturability, and sustainability

    · Participates on multidisciplinary, Agile teams

    · Identifies, formulates, and finds solutions to engineering problems

    · Uses techniques, skills, and modern engineering tools to achieve desired outcomes

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field of study or equivalent experience

    • Minimum of 6-10 years related experience

    • Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance; U.S. Citizenship required

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Master's Degree preferred in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science, or a related technical field

    • Experience with Machine Learning, DSP systems, and/or React Frameworks

    • Previous project work following Agile development cycles

    • Experience working in a classified environment

    SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    • MUST HAVE FLEXIBILITY/AVAILABILITY TO WORK A RETAIL HOURS/SCHEDULING: INCLUDES EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS AND/OR SPECIAL EVENTS. 
    • MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO BEND, STOOP, REACH, STAND, PUSH, PULL, AND LIFT CARTONS WEIGHING APPROXIMATELY 50 – 100+ LBS. REPETITIVELY.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent listening skills.
    • Basic reading and comprehension skills.
    • Basic numerical reasoning skills.
    • Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat, and efficient manner.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Mechanically inclined.
    • EDUCATION: High School Diploma and/or GED Equivalent and above.
