Levi’s Building Components, a leader in the metal roofing accessories industry is looking for the right person to join our expanding team. We are looking for an Inside Sales Agent whose main responsibility would be making outbound marketing and research calls to prospects and clients. Other key responsibilities would include;
Accurately take orders from customers and enter them into our system.
Maintain relationships with current clients while fostering new ones.
Utilize scripts and our CRM to generate new business.
On-board new customers and provide them with the excellent quality of service that Levi’s is known for.
Prepare reports and present to management.
The ideal candidate would possess the following skills:
The desire to contact potential customers to educate them on our products.
Experience with various software applications to include the Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous CRM and outbound calling experience is a plus.
The ability to work in a team atmosphere and be a team player.
An outgoing and pleasant demeanor.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely via all platforms (phone, email, text, etc.)
Strong attention to detail.
