Levi’s Building Components, a leader in the metal roofing accessories industry is looking for the right person to join our expanding team. We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to preform the following tasks:

Create manufacturing orders based on inventory levels

Use resources available to ensure that orders are delivered on time

Spend 25% of the time in the office and 75% on the floor

Ensure that safety standards are being met daily

Maintain clear and constant communication with floor leads

Possess superior time management skills

Have the ability to prioritize and multitask

Speak with customers regarding custom paint inquiries

Possess process improvement and problem solving skills

Direct, develop, and train team members as needed

Handle administrative responsibilities

Coordinate and lead others

Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and organized

Lead meetings with the manufacturing and warehouse teams

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills:

3-5 years previous experience in a manufacturing and/or shipping role with management responsibilities

Experience with UPS WorldShip and LTL shipments

A track record of motivating, encouraging, and holding team members accountable

Mechanical Aptitude

Proactive and forward thinker

Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds

Willingness to work in a team environment

Be able to work quickly and methodically

A general understanding of manufacturing, shipping and receiving
