SUMMARY OF OVERALL PURPOSE
Leads and manages the day-to-day activities and mentors the teams that perform manual and web enrollments of brokers as well as the payment of broker commissions and vendor invoices. Acts as a subject matter expert on all broker and vendor matters and works cross functionally with other departments on strategic initiatives. Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff, planning and evaluating department activities. Responsible for processing the monthly payments to a significant subset of key vendors. Defines best practices and works in concert with other Business Units. Responsible for hiring, as well as performance management for the team. Helps staff achieve a higher level of performance and professionalism by providing unbiased, constructive, and consistent feedback and training to employees.

MINIMUM 3 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING/ADMINISTERING BROKER COMPENSATION AND VENDOR PAYMENTS AT AN ORGANIZATION
BS DEGREE OR EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE.
PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE. DEMONSTRATE FAMILIARITY WITH WORD, EXCEL AND ACCESS.
PAYS CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND POSSESS STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS.
