Boston University College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences: Sargent College is one of the countrys leading schools of health and rehabilitation sciences. It offers top-ranked degree programs in occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech, language and hearing sciences, health science, athletic training, human physiology, behavior and health, and nutrition. The Senior Program Coordinator will provide administrative support to the programs in physical therapy and athletic training. Coordinate and manage diverse tasks related to admissions, database management of all enrolled students in the physical therapy and athletic training programs and course evaluations. Serve as a department liaison for all students enrolled in the department, and direct requests or questions to the appropriate faculty or staff member. Schedule and lead frequent one-on-one meetings with prospective students. Disseminate programmatic information and field a variety of questions regarding entry-level physical therapy and athletic training programs to current and potential students. Organize numerous recurring events for students in the physical therapy and athletic training programs, including orientations, open houses, annual Emergency Cardiac Care (ECC) trainings, and full-class events throughout the year. Process transfer applications for the undergraduate programs. Provide program-related technical support to faculty and staff as needed. Help supervise undergraduate and graduate work-study students.

• 2-3 years office/administrative experience, including demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with others, both in-person and on the phone
