    We are currently looking for an Associate Client Manager. The Associate Client Manager (ACM) is responsible for the overall relationship with the client, from implementation, everyday problem resolution through renewal activities. The ACM may work directly with sales executives on small groups that are sold and will have groups that are generally under $50,000.00 ANR. This position may have minimal assistance from a Client Coordinator. They maintain senior management level contact with Benefits, Human Resources, and the financial staff of the client. The ACM is also responsible for the service delivery of Health Benefits products and services that ensure client satisfaction.

     

    PLEASE NOTE PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES THAT CURRENTLY RESIDE IN GEORGIA, ARKANSAS, OR TENNESSEE. 

     

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

     

    • Responsible for the ongoing day-to-day involvement with assigned clients, including but not limited to:
      • Problem solving/issue resolution
      • Personal contact with the clients – phone calls, visits, meeting, etc.
      • Creating, analyzing and presenting reporting packages
      • Coordinating and presenting renewals, claim reviews, with appropriate follow-through
      • Presenting relevant industry/corporate/market issues to client as appropriate
      • Completing Client Action Plans
      • Recommending appropriate up-sales and approach.
      • Directing and overseeing stop loss renewal with Sales Coordinator/Underwriter
    • Assumes primary responsibility for implementation of new business in close collaboration with implementation manager, including but not limited to:
      • Working closely with the sales producers to learn not only what was sold but also nuances and personality of group
      • Ensuring timely completion of SPD
      • Set-up and maintenance of performance metrics
    • Coordinating communications with client/Health Benefits departments/vendors regarding new groups, terminations, plan changes, issues, new products, etc.
    • Produces other projects, analyses, reports, etc., as directly by client/director/consultant/senior management.
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

     

    EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

     

    • 2-3 years of Client Coordinator or client-related experience
    • Results oriented and self-motivated
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to interact with senior level executives
    • Thorough understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Ability to travel, if necessary
    • Bachelor's degree preferred

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    • Minimum two to three years production experience (preferably in the food industry.
    • Work is generally performed within a manufacturing environment subjected to temperatures of cold and warm along with wearing the proper PPE, with standard office equipment available along with plant manufacturing environment.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, bend, walk, use hands or finger, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, or controls; may be required to lift up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision to a computer screen.
