    Full Time, part-time or substitute positions available

    M-F 9:30am-6:00pm – could vary based on business needs

    WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU: 

    • Lifeguard certification from American Red Cross or the ability to obtain this certification required.
    • Adult CPR/AED/First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
    • Must have valid High School Diploma or GED. 
    • Must successfully complete Wellness Center Lifeguard Swim and Rescue Test.
    • Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. 
    • Will be required to follow any current or future site COVID-19 vaccination policies including but not limited to proof of vaccination, weekly testing, etc.

      

     

    PERFORMANCE GOALS: 

    In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring a safe and friendly environment for all the aquatic facility members and guests: 

    • Act as a First Responder to all aquatic emergencies.
    • Safety prevention of patrons.
    • Observe and enforce all rules and regulations of the aquatic facility.
    • Perform facility maintenance and cleaning responsibilities.
    • Assist Aquatic Program Coordinator with establishing and recording goals and objective related to the business plan; analyze and track information.
    • Projects and other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

    • Certified forklift operator
    • 0 to 3 months experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment.
    • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
    • Work is generally performed within a manufacturing environment subjected to temperatures of cold and warm along with wearing the proper PPE, with standard office equipment available along with plant manufacturing environment.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, bend, walk, use hands or finger, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, or controls; may be required to lift up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision to a computer screen.
