  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Grape sampling and maturity analysis
    • Fruit receival and processing
    • Fermentation management including daily monitoring, pump overs, inoculations and additions, and pressing
    • Lab analysis of musts, juices, and wines
    • Cellar operations including barrel filling, racking, topping, and other wine movements
    • Plenty of cleaning and sanitation
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Previous harvest experience is a plus
    • Solid communication skills and attention to detail
    • Strong work ethic, critical thinking skills, and a positive team-building attitude
    • Ability to work entire harvest period from late August through November
    • Ability to perform physical labor for extended hours, 6 days per week during peak harvest
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, perform repetitive motions, and work in variable temperatures and weather conditions
    • Ability to work legally in the United States

    Pay Range: $19.00 - $25.00 an hour (plus potential overtime pay). Final compensation will be dependent on skills and experience.
