Responsibilities: Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made Manage other maintenance requests as required Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks Qualifications: Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures At least 2 years of maintenance experience Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends Compensation: $11 - $13 hourly
