    ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

    Lexington Law Firm seeks an attorney with 2+ years of legal experience. Admission to the State Bar of Arizona is required. Candidates must be willing and able to become admitted to additional jurisdictions. Credit repair training and education may be provided to the right attorney.

     

    STRONG PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO FLUENT SPANISH SPEAKERS BASED ON CURRENT BUSINESS NEEDS.

     

    How you’ll spend your day:

    -          Providing oversight of client representation by taking and making client calls, responding to client requests, ensuring case flow, and providing personalized service;

    -          Providing paralegal supervision by attending and leading team meetings, monitoring paralegal communications, having a physical presence on the paralegal floor, supervising and interacting with non-attorney management, and conducting regular training;

    -          Ensuring legal compliance and providing oversight of departments such as quality assurance, learning and development, recruiting, mailroom, or outsourced services;

    -          Spending time in and out of your office, on and off your phone, interacting with a high energy team in a dynamic environment; and

    -          Building lasting business relationships while changing our clients’ lives for the better.

    -          Self-starting and motivated.

     

    Some travel and public speaking is required. Flexible work-from-home options currently available. Work/life balance is central – NO BILLABLE HOURS. Competitive salary DOE.
