The Lexington Marriott City Center is seeking a thoughtful, dynamic and inventive individual to join our Engineering team. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help lead and deliver a quality customer experience in Lexington’s new, exciting downtown property.

The Maintenance Technician Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:

Perform mid-level troubleshooting of all hotel Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.

Maintain proficiency in Fire Alarm/Safety and emergency power systems and be familiar with the duties and responsibilities of the Fire and Emergency Rescue Teams.

Display solid knowledge and skill level in the safe use of hand and power tools required to perform maintenance tasks.

Inspect and repair all equipment including, but not limited to: appliances, HVAC, electrical and plumbing components, boilers, pumps and swimming pool components.

Maintain the preventive maintenance records, inspections, and rounds using a computer management system.
