Infinity Sky Bar and Cafe is seeking a thoughtful, dynamic and inventive individual to assist in leading our restaurant operation. We are seeking a Restaurant Chef to help lead and deliver a quality customer experience in Lexington’s new, exciting downtown eighth floor restaurant.

The Restaurant Chef will have the following responsibilities:

• Manages kitchen shift operations and ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures.• Maintains purchasing, receiving and food storage standards.• Supervises and coordinates activities of cooks and associates engaged in food preparation.• Utilizes the Labor Management System to effectively schedule to business demands and for tracking of employee time and attendance.• Leads shifts while personally preparing food items and executing requests based on required specifications.
