    POSITION OBJECTIVE:

    Giving aid to Managers and Executives by providing moral support and a place for all staff to turn to for any question that is either personal or work related, where the main focus is the well-being of all human affairs within the Lexor organization.  Be a company spirit leader to ensure everyone is evolving and moving together as a team toward a common goal set by Managers and Executives. Handle human resource related paperwork and keep all staff informed.

    JOB DUTIES: HUMAN RESOURCES

    • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form, Completing I-9, E-Verify and other legal documents as required by Federal and State Labor Laws
    • Assist Managers and Executives identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants. Overseeing the hiring and onboarding process including conducting background checks, driving record checks, and reference checks, writing and presenting job offers.
    • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale.
    • Ensuring that employee benefits enrollment, changes and terminations are processed in a timely and accurate manner
    • Organize training & development initiatives, comply with mandatory and non-mandatory training.
    • Develop, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures;
    • Responsible for the preparation and processing of bi-weekly payroll through Co-AdQuantum(PEO)
    • Taking appropriate disciplinary action for employees who violate rules and regulations.
    • Assist Managers in creating a professional and positive working atmosphere for all staff
    • Conduct/prepare exit interviews and separation paperwork to identify reasons for employee separation.
    • Comply with OSHA laws, investigate and report on employee accidents to proper insurance carriers.  Implement preventative measures for any accident.
    • Represent Lexor at hearings and investigations.
    • Assist Managers and Executives on 90-day and yearly review of Lexor staff
    • Provide current and prospective staff with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
    • Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
    • Organize Company’s events
    • Develop and/or administer special projects in areas such as employee awards.
    • Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
    • Other duties as assigned
