Lexus of Cool Springs is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist for Evenings, who will be the voice and face of our dealership. We need someone with both a winning attitude and professional appearance. To be successful in this position, the candidate must be able to multitask. The candidate must also be able to adhere to a schedule.

HOURS:

MONDAY - FRIDAY, 5 P.M.- 7 P.M.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet visitors, determine their needs and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort.
• Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department, or individual, or takes a thorough message in the event that an associate is not available.
• Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Manages key inventory. Distributes keys to salesperson.
• Understands and follows receptionist processes and procedures.
• Prepares light refreshments at coffee bar.
• Assists with administrative and dealership duties as requested.
• A professional appearance is a must.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to pass background check, MVR check and drug test.
