Job Description
As a Liability Claims Reporting Specialist at SIXT, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations of our Liability Department by managing the intake and reporting claims. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers and partners, ensuring that all first notice of loss (FNOL) information is gathered accurately, documented efficiently, and handled with professionalism.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You handle all inbound calls to the Liability Department, collecting and documenting FNOL (first notice of loss) information from customers, claimants, and partners
You conduct interviews to obtain statements and verify details for accurate claim setup and processing
You maintain strong relationships with customers, claimants, and external partners, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the claims process
You process incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and correspondence related to liability claims
You adhere to company claims handling standards, meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)
You assist with additional administrative or departmental tasks as needed to support overall claims operations
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Education & Experience – You have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and possess customer service experience; knowledge of claims handling or insurance terminology is a plus
Professional Skills – You bring strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Communication & Collaboration – You excel in written and verbal communication, demonstrating professionalism when interacting with customers, claimants, and external stakeholders
Technical Expertise – You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new software and systems

Languages – You are fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
