    Radiance Technologies is looking for an Aircraft and Air-Launched Weapons Analyst. We are looking for someone who can prepare data reports and threat profiles of current events based on sophisticated collection research and forensic analysis of classified and open source information. We are looking for someone who can produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior U.S. government intelligence and operations officials. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate and clearly present technical approaches and findings in Intelligence Community level forums.

     

    The ideal candidate must be able to develop technical solutions to complex problems. They must have the ability to ingenuity and creativity. The candidate must be able to effectively coordinate and communicate with existing IC resources in support of all-source intelligence summaries. The candidate must be able to work well independently as there is minimal direction within this role. The candidate must be able to exercise considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment. The work is going to be reviewed from a relatively long-term perspective for desired results.

    Required Skills

    • Provide the full spectrum of technical intelligence disciplines, including discovery, analysis, collaborating across functional areas, creating finished assessments, and populating authoritative data repositories.
    • The ability to apply technical engineering and intelligence analysis expertise to ensure the relevance and accuracy of assessments derived from diverse, sparse, and/or contradictory sources of varying degrees of reliability.
    • Coordinate with multiple component and weapon system experts within NASIC in order to produce assessments in accordance with the priorities, standards, and methods prescribed by NASIC and its data clients.
    • Conduct routine operation and maintenance of databases and other archival mechanisms; work requires interfacing with internal and external data publication tools.

    Required Experience

    • Active TS/SCI Clearance
    • High School and 6 years of experience, two years of which directly correlate to the required skills

     

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or mathematics related field and 2 years of engineering experience OR Master’s Degree in a STEM related filed and no required experience
