Overview
The Account Manager will be responsible for client-facing work for Personal Insurance clients, including communicating with assigned clients by phone and email, completing policy changes, and conducting policy and coverage reviews. This position serves our existing book of clients and focuses on retention. There are also opportunities in this role for experienced or motivated sales professionals to earn new business compensation for bringing in new clients.
This position requires a high level of customer service and a working knowledge of Personal Insurance. It is critical to agency success, as personalized service helps foster relationships with clients to keep them with Liberty.

An active commercial insurance license is not a prerequisite for consideration in this role; however, licensure will be required within the first 90 days following the hire date. We will sponsor and support the training and licensure process.

Compensation
The starting salary is competitive and will depend on the candidate's experience and skill set, as well as a potential commission on new business revenue.
