Responsibilities: • Conduct regular inspections of the property for maintenance issues and address them promptly • Perform drywall patching and repairs • Light demolition, carpet removal, trash removal • Replace lighting and minor electrical work • Painting and Caulking • Investigate and identify plumbing leaks • Door and hardware repairs • Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers in a timely and professional manner • Collaborate with property managers to fulfill work order requests Qualifications: • Must have valid DL and clean driving record • Knowledge of Home Maintenance • Maintenance Experience • US Work Authorization • Strong communication skills Benefits Included: • Paid Vacation, Sick, and Personal Days • Paid Holidays • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits Compensation: $22 - $26 hourly
