    Position Overview: Are you a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a passion for personalized student support? Liberty Education Solutions is currently seeking experienced individuals to join us as Virtual Supplemental SLPs. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide essential speech and language services to small student cohorts, typically consisting of 2-3 students. Quality and customization are at the heart of our approach.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.

    • Develop and implement personalized virtual therapy sessions for a small cohort of 2-3 students.

    • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and Liberty Education Solutions to design tailored virtual intervention plans.

    • Continuously monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed.

    • Offer guidance and support to teachers and parents on promoting speech and language development in virtual settings.

    • Utilize virtual platforms effectively to deliver interactive and impactful therapy sessions.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

    • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

    • Prior experience working with school-aged students, including virtual or remote settings.

    • Strong understanding of virtual therapy platforms and technology.

    • Exceptional communication skills for interacting virtually with students, parents, and colleagues.

    • Ability to create individualized therapy plans that cater to each student's communication needs.

    • Compassionate and patient demeanor for fostering a comfortable virtual therapy environment.
