Job Description

We are seeking an Instructional Aide to join our team! You will be responsible for helping a cyber student to reach their academic goals as they attend classes from home. We have needs across the state of Pennsylvania and receive new referrals daily. Details: * Pay rate: $20/hr plus mileage * Paid membership in the Independent Contractors Benefits Association * 25 hours per week flexible scheduling within normal school hours Responsibilities: * Provide academic support to student in their home * Documentation of progress toward IEP goals * Assist student in communication with teacher * Communicate pertinent information to teachers and parents Minimum Requirements: * Associates degree or higher * Ability to commute * Ability to pass educational background checks * Ability to build rapport with clients * Excellent written and verbal communication skills These are independent contractor positions with pay of $20/hr + mileage to and from the student's home. We also provide paid membership to the Independent Contractors Benefits Association, which provides discounted healthcare, medications, and direction for paying your own taxes.
