    Job Description:
    We are seeking a Account III to enhance our financial reporting and operational analysis for the Upper Midwest Region of Liberty Tire. This role involves a blend of cross-functional collaboration, in-depth financial understanding, and administrative expertise. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Controller and be based in our Savage, MN office.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Compile and analyze key operational data daily, making it readily available for management review.
    • Accurately post journal entries to Sage 500 ERP and ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting records.
    • Conduct monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and prepare various financial schedules and reports at month-end.
    • Provide support in areas such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, purchasing, and inventory management.
    • Develop and maintain financial analyses and reports on an ad hoc basis.
    • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and respond to audit requests.

    Qualifications:

    • A degree in Business or Accounting, or equivalent experience, is required.
    • 3-4 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software, with a preference for MAS 500 knowledge.
    • Must be organized, results-driven, and a self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Independent worker with minimal need for day-to-day supervision.
    • Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
    • Team player who can work effectively with staff at all levels and identify needs, gaps, and solutions.
