Position Title: Company: License HVAC- A - Contractor
Reports To: Operation Manager
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth (On-site/Hybrid) Type: Full Time
Position Overview
RDE Capital Group, LLC, a leading commercial real estate broker in Dallas, is seeking an experienced Heating & Cooling licensed “A” contractor to join our maintenance service team. The selected candidate specializes in air conditioning installation and service for both residential and commercial.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including filter changes, coil cleaning, safety control verification, heat exchanger inspections, and documentation of operating parameters.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and air conditioning systems, including thermostats, switches, and related mechanical or electrical components.
Assist with the installation, modification, relocation, and expansion of HVAC systems by connecting motors, compressors, and temperature and humidity controls according to wiring schematics.
Receive, manage, and complete work orders while accurately recording labor, materials, and refrigerant usage through electronic systems or handheld devices in compliance with federal regulations.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met and that work areas are left clean and orderly.
Maintain company-owned tools, equipment, and inventory, and respond to emergency service calls as required.
Qualifications Required
Certified HVAC License A
High school or equivalent
Commercial HVAC experience
Clear and valid driver's license
EPA Certification a plus
Texas HVAC Technician Registration a plus
HVAC Trade School degree and OSHA 10 Hour training
Back Flow License a plus

Preferred
HVAC certification (EPA Universal or Type II).
Experience overseeing maintenance operations for 500+ units.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Texas Property Code repair timelines and habitability rules.
