We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Acupuncture Practitioner to join our team at Wellness and Pain on Fridays. As an Acupuncture Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing holistic healthcare services to our valued patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate acupuncture treatment plans
• Administer acupuncture treatments to patients using sterile needles and other traditional techniques
• Develop and maintain treatment plans based on individual patient needs and progress
• Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and provide guidance on healthy lifestyle practices
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Stay up-to-date with latest research and developments in the field of acupuncture

Requirements:

• Valid certification or license as an Acupuncture Practitioner
• Knowledge of acupuncture techniques, theories, and principles
• Strong ability to perform accurate patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications or training in related modalities such as herbal medicine or cupping therapy
• Experience working in a wellness center or integrative healthcare setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
