Minnesota Licensed Associate Attorney (Family Law) $10,000 Hiring Bonus Available We are seeking a Minnesota-licensed associate attorney to handle family law matters in a fully remote role. You will manage your own cases with the support of experienced paralegals, dedicated staff, and established systems designed to promote efficiency and strong client service. While this is a remote position, in-person attendance is required for court appearances, mediations, and occasional client meetings. Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload of Minnesota family law matters from start to resolution • Represent clients in court, mediations, and hearings • Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and settlement documents • Advise clients on legal strategy and next steps • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the court • Collaborate with paralegals and legal staff to move cases forward • Track deadlines and case tasks using firm systems Qualifications: • Licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota Bar • 2+ years of Minnesota family law experience • Strong organization and time management skills • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple cases independently • Comfortable using legal technology, including Clio, MS Office, and other business software • Collaborative, professional, and client-focused Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 yearly
