Licensed and Associate Therapist LMFT-LCSW-LPCC- ACSW- AMFT-APCC Hybrid remote/in-person position! We are looking for amazing licensed and associate clinicians interested in hybrid and in-office work. Licensed clinicians may be fully remote; however, we do require interns to see clients in the office. We ask for our therapists to see clients, complete documentation, and keep up with their professional duties. There are opportunities for more, but if you just want a great work-from-home life balance- PAX has the solution. Most therapists have 3 major questions for us: How many clients? We ask for 30 open spots on your calendar to be booked. What is productivity? We ask that you meet 25 hours of productivity on average per week (our practice cancel rate is only 6%) And is this a salary? Yes! Full salary and full benefits! We pay 99 to 100% of a no-deductible Kaiser gold health plan, a vision plan, a dental plan, a retirement plan, an HSA, and a dependent care account. We have nearly 4 weeks of PTO, 1 week off from Christmas to New Year's, 4 Holidays. Our practice also allows FLEX time! So, if you are meeting productivity consistently and you want to take a day off without using your PTO - you can just move clients and enjoy a day off! Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 plus $5000 sign-on bonus and productivity-related bonuses Responsibilities: • 30 open calendar spots for booking clients • 25 weekly average clients • Completing assessments in 30 days • Diagnosis on the first session • Notes in by end of business on Tuesday of the following week of the session Optional: • Creating training, curriculum, and retreats Qualifications: • Must be licensed in CA as an LMFT or LCSW • Must have a clean working history • Great communication skills • Authentic and open willingness to see any clients assigned that are virtual including children and adolescents Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 + bonuses
