Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' fitness levels and goals
Develop customized training programs that align with clients' objectives
Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and body mechanics to ensure safety
Provide ongoing support and motivation to help clients stay committed to their fitness journey
Educate clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices to enhance their overall well-being
Monitor clients' progress and adjust training plans as necessary
Maintain a clean and organized training environment
Skills
Strong knowledge of health coaching principles and practices
Proficient understanding of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics
Familiarity with medical terminology related to fitness and health
Background in sports medicine is a plus
Experience in personal training with a focus on client-centered approaches
Ability to provide nutritional advice based on individual needs and goals
