Are you a natural leader with a passion for beauty, business, and people? We are seeking a licensed Barber who is skilled in haircutting and grooming services for all hair textures. The ideal candidate is passionate about their craft, dependable, and eager to grow within a team-oriented environment.

We specialize in cut, color, extensions, and texture services for all hair types—from silky straight to tightly coiled. 🎯 What You’ll Do:

Perform a full range of barbering services, including fades, tapers, beard trims and scissor cuts

Confidently cut and style all hair textures and lengths

Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation at all times

Recommend retail products to support client hair care routines

Build strong client relationships and support a high-quality guest experience

Collaborate with the salon team during promotions, events, and photo shoots

📈 Must-Haves:

Current Georgia Barber License (required)

Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, but new grads with strong foundational skills are welcome

Skilled in both clipper and scissor techniques

Experience with multicultural and textured hair is essential

Positive attitude, professionalism, and great communication skills

Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
