Diesel Barbershop is a high-traffic men’s grooming shop in McKinney/North DFW. We’re hiring licensed barbers and cosmetologists who want busy chairs, strong weekly earnings, and a professional, well-run shop.

Pay & Earnings (Clear and Honest):

• $900 – $1,600 per week (total compensation)
• Paid weekly

Pay includes:

• Guaranteed hourly base ($14–$16/hr (Base is paid for all hours worked)
• Tips (typically $9–$15/hr)
• Productivity bonuses
• Retail commissions

Average total hourly earnings:

• Newer full-time barbers: $23–$26/hr
• Experienced full-time barbers: $38–$47/hr
• Earnings vary by schedule, experience, and consistency.

Schedule Expectations

• Full-time and part-time available

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Texas Barber or Cosmetology license
• Strong men’s haircutting skills (fades, tapers, beard work)
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Focused on guest experience and repeat business
