Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)

We're hiring Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBSs) to provide IBHS services through a local intermediate unit.

Location: Surrounding locations in Luzerne County
Schedule: Full-time or part-time, M-F
Caseload: Ages 2-21 in home, school, and community settings

Responsibilities:
• Maintain the connection with client families
• Complete skills and behavior assessments
• Complete and implement individual treatment plans
• Supervising and conducting hands-on training for Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with therapies and other service providers
• Complete documentation required for insurance authorizations and billing

Requirements:
• PA LBS and a minimum of 12 credits of ABA coursework
• IBHS experience preferred
• Active clearances
