About the Role:

PSYCLE ON WELLNESS LLC is recruiting both full-time and part-time Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals to join their growing team in Parkville, MD. If you are interested in juvenile justice specialization or using clinical skills with adolescents who may not otherwise have consistent access to high-quality care this might be the job for you. Provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive behavioral health services in a structured multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group supportive counseling sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches

Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards

Collaborate with staff to complete assessments, intakes, and discuss medical needs

Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed

Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

Active Maryland license in behavioral health (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LGPC, LGSW, or equivalent)

Experience providing direct clinical services in a behavioral health or mental health setting

Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or motivational interviewing

Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Commitment to cultural competency and client-centered care
