    We are seeking licensed Therapists residing in the United States who are passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care to diverse populations across the United States.

    At Optimum Care Counseling and Wellness Solutions, our mission is to empower clients to use their individual strengths to gain insight into their challenges and feel more in control of their lives. As part of our growing team, you will provide counseling services while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and fellow therapists.

    This is a fully onsite position, offering in-person opportunities based on client and program needs. We offer flexible scheduling:

    Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

    Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    We are currently hiring for Part-Time positions.

    Therapists will provide individual therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Our practice utilizes a robust Electronic Health Records (EHR) system with an integrated telehealth platform to ensure efficient and secure service delivery.

    Responsibilities

    Provide individual therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other treatment providers Participate in team meetings and case consultations as needed Complete required EHR training modules

    Required Qualifications

    Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field Active professional Clinical license in Pennsylvania (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, Ed.D) Experience providing therapy across the lifespan preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to build rapport with diverse populations Strong organizational and time-management skills
