We are seeking a licensed behavioral health therapist to join or treatment team. This is a part-time role with office space available for building or growing a private practice. We have an attractive location in the desirable East Side of Providence. This role will require: • Direct client care through individual and group therapy. • Conduct comprehensive client care delivery from intake and assessment of new client, treatment planning, and through discharge. • Document client interactions consistent with professional licensure and organizational requirements. • Manage relationships with referral sources, participate in business improvement processes, self-manage employable status, and continuous learning and acquisition of clinical skills. Responsibilities: • Ensure that all relevant clinical information is documented properly and sent to the patient, their referring healthcare provider, and the treatment team • Create treatment plans that reflect patient’s values, goals and health while incorporating feedback from treatment team and ensuring support systems are in place • Evaluate client needs and create individual interventions while establishing person-centered goals for behavior modifications • Support patients and their families with evidence-based therapy in both group and individual settings Qualifications: • Minimum of two year’s recent related experience working with trauma, PTSD, eating disordered clients or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience Compensation: $60 - $70 hourly
